Judge Strikes Down "Indefinite Detention" Provision of National Defense Authorization Act

Judge Katherine Forrest
Last week, Obama appointee Judge Katherine Forrest struck down a provision of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which would have permitted a president to order the indefinite detention of people "suspected" of contact with "terrorists." Thanks to the financial blog zerohedge.com for picking up the story.
